My Facebook account has been disabled and it says you can appeal within 180 days or it will be destroyed. Now I don't know what to do.

If this is your personal profile and it asks you for a selfie verification then do it most likely it will unlock it.

You should appeal; contact Facebook support to appeal. They may have made a mistake in disabling your account.
 
if Facebook is offering you the 180 days to appeal, take advantage of it by submitting the requested information. don’t pay anyone who claims to be able to recover your account before exploring all the available options to appeal.
