The website has already been built only remaining to add this feature and it's not wise to start the web development from scratch

Oh okay. The initial developer probably should have used a theme specifically designed for Logistics. I don't know any plugin that can do this but you can check though.

Your last option will be to simply custom build that part yourself as a plugin.
 
You can use a shipping calculator plugin or create it from scratch, There are many tutorials available.
