Help! Fb page admin needs help......

I am an admin on a fb page. I need help! We keep going thru accounts and are having trouble making more. Mostly they all want phone verification or are just deleted for no reason. None of us use our real accounts to post from (to keep our real accounts from getting shut down). I don't know all the technical stuff.... Can some one PLEASE HELP?
