[HELP] Fake Traffic

Hi, I need to send Fake Traffic to a single twitter shortened url for purely testing purposes of my new creation!

Things I already have:
1) A List of working proxies
2) A twitter shortened URL

What I have found while testing this is whenever I send fake traffic to an url, say - hxxp://t.co/example only a few hits are getting transferred.. for example, my creation says 76 hits completed while actually I got 10-12 hits in that "t.co" url.. why is this happening?

Experts help!!

This is absolutely NOT connected with CPA, CPM, or CPC lol.. nothing.. its just sending fake traffic to a particular url... You can say I want to send fake traffic to a blank page with nothing on it..

Like I said, its all a testing purpose! I need to know where I am getting WRONG..

Probably because your provider provides bots
and short url service does not transfer bots.

Suppose if I assume Ur right, how will I transfer the bots to the url service?
