[HELP] Facebook Pixel Tracking Issues

Hi guys,
Hope everything is going well with you guys. It's been a long time without talking some problems here.
We used Binom to track orders from Facebook. Did you guys use this app before?
It's weird, and we got a few orders on Binom, but there are no orders on Facebook. But sometimes, there are orders on Facebook, not on Binom.

We didn't know how to solve this problem. Did you guys encounter this problem before?

How did you set up the pixel, paste the code into the web, or use the api manually
 
- Open your dataset, (pixel) in ad manager not in BM, and see what domains are passing data. (You might have to block some or whitelist the correct ones)

- Did you whitelist a domain under Brand Safety?

- Since you are using a Web pixel which is a lot less accurate than using API, are you making sure you don't have "Lead" or "Purchase" duplicated somewhere? OR even missing somewhere?

Just a reminder to not fire any of the above actions on the wrong pages,
 
I think during the pixel setup you made an error, could you take a screenshot of the process so we can take a look?

a lot of people are having the same problem, you need to set up the pixel properly to get the most accurate results

This is a pixel problem. When you use it for 2 platforms, if you don't set up different events, it's easy to have duplicates that don't show up correctly.
 
Use the Conversions API for tracking orders, as pixels aren’t always accurate.
 
Looks like your pixel is having problems reset it to get accurate results and work for you
 
Can take a screenshot so I can help you look for the error?
 
Tracking discrepancies between Binom and Facebook could be due to pixel issues, different attribution windows, mismatched UTM parameters, or privacy restrictions like iOS 14. Check if the Facebook Pixel is firing correctly, compare attribution settings, ensure tracking links are set up properly, and consider using Facebook’s Conversion API (CAPI) to improve accuracy.
