Did you check your paypalsettings? And settings on woocommerce? If you are using API, check that too!
 
yes, settings are perfect
Sandbox is working but not live
 
Great you are now super dollar haha., you solved your own problem, woocommerce and PayPal integration can never be separate, someone here tried stripe?

I thought to apply stripe.....but the service is not available to india
 
I'm using woocommerce, by the way problem solved thank you
