cleared everything but no use buddy.

Did you check your paypalsettings? And settings on woocommerce? If you are using API, check that too!

yes, settings are perfect
Sandbox is working but not live

Problem solved...
I switched off the blocking of encryption website in PayPal

Is Shopify Payments available in your area? If so, they run off stripe.
