I want to create an ecommerce website (Like Amazon, AliExpress etc.) that will allow other sellers to register and sell their products.

I want to create a simple site so am considering Woo Commerce but i I don't know whether it can be used to create this type of platform.

Please suggest me tools/ platforms/ plugins/ whatever that I can use.

There are Multivendor plugins, like Dokan, WC Marketplace, etc (and even dedicated WP themes) for marketplace websites.
 
I kindly suggest to go with Dokan multi-vendor plugin. it's easy to use. No affiliation just my experience.

I was considering WCFM Marketplace, but am seeing more recommendations for Dokan. I'll check it out.

Look for multi vendor plugins. There are many of them.
I tried this idea in past, I failed. That time I was so flushed with the idea, I even registered company and prepared documents.:D
