Rewrited content will work. Just make a good rewriting. But I suggest you to add a few unique paragraphs though.

If you are going to translate the content into Arabic yourself and then do not translate the same into English!
You will be fine!

If you're going to rewrite the whole content word to word as you said above from English to Arabic then you don't have to worry, you're good to go.
Everyone above that are saying "don't don't" even don't know the meaning of quality rewriting.

I personally wouldn't do this, but if you absolutely want to, then I would go with Portuguese, as that is a language that is very close, in sentence structure, to English.

JasonS That's correct even if you do the reverse Arabic into English its not a problem i have done that in the past , you just need to fix some grammar

I personally would never do that on a money site any more, just bite the cost and get content made for you.
