Hello Everyone . I am new to BHW ..

I have 3 - 4 paypal accounts;) . but the problem is that when I send money to another account they just got limited :(.. I leave in Pakistan where officially Paypal is not supported . so I verified one of them by my Payoneer Master Card ... I am facing this problem for a long time . I want the solution of it. Does it because of Pakistani IP Address ? I created US based accounts . I have read before in this forum not to use VPN or Proxies . How can I use paypal safely without getting limited .. I dont want to submit any Photo Id or what ever they ask.. Is their Any way I can get my money out of those account and transfer into another safe account ???

Also guide me to use these account safely without getting limited ... Clearing Cookies and using Ip address of US .. etc ! ! ! ! !

i see that your money is stuck in those Paypal account now right. and that account is limited and u need to get money from that account.

It's not just your IP address that identifies you - your device is fingerprinted, and that fingerprint stays the same even if your IP address changes.
You'll need to spoof a new device fingerprint, if you really want to be anonymous. Another way is to simply install a virtual machine, and provision a new OS, and use that.

Before a month i face same problem then i give my account to my friend she is in UK. My friend open my account there and she easily make transaction or ETC from there so you.

I can help you let me know the problem are you using vpn or proxies don't use it. I have two paypal accounts in pakistan and working both perfect
