You have a channel with 1.000 legitimate subscribers from short clips.

You need 4.000 hours.

And here we need the experiences of people who have done the following thing:

Buying just 4k hours so the channel could get monetized, good or bad decision?

How smart is it to do that?

Will YouTube react and destroy the entire channel and everything that has been created in a legitimate way so far?

If it were me, I’d upload longer videos to see how it performs with those 1000 subs. I also wouldn’t wait until I reached 1000 subs to begin uploading longer videos. I have found that a mix between shorts and regular videos has worked best for me.

YouTube Doesn't know or care.
Buying views can't destroy a channel, if that was true, that means people could easily buy views to destroy another person's channel/income.
(This was possible in the earlier days, true Blackhat lmao.)

YouTube works based on a video-to-video basis. so, if one video does terrible, that doesn't mean you ruined any chances for the next videos.
get those Watch time hours and enjoy your monetization

subscribers from shorts will definitely be inactive.
unless you really grind shorts and build up a legitimate fanbase.
many creators have done this, but you need personality and consistent content revolving around you, not reuploaded videos.

Subs from short videos are not worth it.
Add longer videos and check how much engagement / views you got from those subs and then go for next plan.

I've done it a dozen of times and never had any isses buying both the subcribers as well as the 4k watchtime. You just need to make sure that you always stay above this threshold or else you run the risk of losing monetization.

Just try out multiple sellers for yourself and see what's working. Quality of panels changes quick, so I don't want to promote someone that may not be able to deliver the same quality I have gotten.
Just order 200 hours from 5 different sellers and see which one of them is able to deliver. Then use them to fill the remaining hours.

Well the opinions are divided, why not build 2 channels? One buying 4000 hours and the other one building from scratch. Then you will have a good answer and some experience. Youtube is about experimenting with different builds, tactics and it takes time to really understand whats going on with the algoritm of youtube.

Youtube monetization is frosting on the cake

Make sure you have a BRAND they can remember

Make sure you have a website they can sign up on

Make sure your video has that "call to action" in the first 3 seconds

Axiom of marketing -

1) You need a HOOK

2) You need a PRODUCT as good as or better than your competition

3) You need to give away a FREE TOY. The FREE TOY "anchors" them to your BRAND

So make sure you give away something free when they signup to your site, like a PLR course from PLRDatabase.net that
is related to their niche. You can also find PLRs on JVZoo.

And don't forget the T-Shirt shop with your BRAND

Don't forget the other affiliate ads related to your niche
