HELP: Assembling a full outsourced team

Hello fellow Hatters,

I have been recently put in charge of the task of building an SEO, Link Building, Wordpress experts, Linkwheel pros, and operators of overall Social/Article/Bookmarking applications and tools that we've all grown to love.

This is a team for a legitimate and established SEO company in Southern California. We are creating some intelligent and beneficial SEO and marketing programs that we will use for our regular clients. Currently we have over 90 clients, and putting a lot into expansion, so there is a lot of room for reliable people.

I would especially like to get a PM from people that are available to do linkwheels, content silos, and other forms of link building.

So if you are an expert at SEO and marketing or any of the other specialties I have described, I would like you to PM me and tell me what you can do, your successes, and your rates.

This is a serious ask for help. I need some winners. Come on out of the shadows and let's do some work together. If you're an expert at the skills but just aren't making the bucks as an affiliate salesman.. This is your moment to capitalize on what you know.

Have you considered picking some of the services here on BHW as an alternative to hiring individuals for your "outsource force"?

I started out looking for individuals but have moved to the services. Life is so much better and I am getting way better results without the headaches...
