No, it depends on what you are selling etc. I have mainly traffic from USA, ~10% from UK, 7% from Canada. There was no point for me to add Onelink to Wordpress as it does redirect not that great, especially when a lot of people are using VPN's . If you have a lot of traffic from Europe, then go for it.

Without onelink they will just be redirected to amazon.com website or on that amazon locale where you made an affiliate link. With onelink if they are not using VPN they will be redirected to amazon.in
