2 weeks mean "too young to say anything" mate. keep doing your work and stop worrying about ranking until the first 2-3 months.

I think I found some blocked elements on my site, I removed these links, but I can see it still exists in the webmaster tool "search console"2 weeks mean "too young to say anything" mate. keep doing your work and stop worrying about ranking until the first 2-3 months.

webmaster tool takes time to update.
