Help !! ahrefs top pages tool not working...

I recently bought ahrefs trial version.

The top pages tool doesn't seem to be working for any domains.

It gives me this error :

Top Pages
There are no results in our index for the specified domain/URL


Has any1 faced this error ?
Is there anything i can do ?

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

they are in maintaince friend , and lot of error and wrong data is given by ahref , patinece

Like the poster above said, give it some time.

Also, if the problem persists, send their support desk an email. I'm not sure if there ahrefs support staffers monitoring BHW. You probably would have a better shot of getting a hold of ahrefs via Twitter
