Help Adwords Cloaking / Ban

Hello, i currently need help about cloaking on Adwords.

I am trying to work with Adwords since a couples of day and i made successful account, but i have not been able to cloak my own domain without getting banned.

Each time i put my personal domain ( New one for new test ) / Good Landing page / Keyword related, i end up getting banned for repeated policies violations ( With new account each time)

What am i doing wrong? Do i to buy new domain from new IP ? To i need to Even setup the domain from another IP? Was it the problem with that?

I'D really appreciate if someone could help me here.

OP after reading your post all i can say, dont buy anything you need to do more study about Cloaking and then start it.

But i am kind of an hurry and the major problem is that, we kind of have to test to see what works and what dont. I actually spent the last month and Half studying and trying to figure it out ( More than just cloaking) But now, i'm really lost.
