[HELP] Adsense High paying keywords i got one check this

Is this worth the try. there are of 36 domains listed on top 50 were home page, and websites mostly from 1998. I have attached the screenshot of the keywords were both are same keyword but one ending with additional (s) like example: medical assistant, medical assistants . Is there any chance i could rank well here. I am going to start this keyword.

Can you post the root domains of the top 5 or top 10? If it's WebMD for example, homepages can still be difficult to beat.

Worth a try. It's unclear to me from those stats how much advertiser competition there is for that KW. In other words, is that CPC real or does it represent some theoretical max bid that you're unlikely to ever see?
