2ppl working under me for $10 per 8 hour shift and if you have any useful repetitive jobs, please do tell me since I dont have anything at hand plus I dont feel to turn a jobseeker off simply because they just ask a lot less. cannot expect good English though, just good for link building stuff like Pauls and Angelas, just let me know if u hav any..

i think its harsh to make people work for that much as its not even enough to live on

well not in India

unless it's starting to catch up with prices and such in India in conjunction with last time I heard how long 10$ can get you.

I'd feel bad for making people work @ less than $2 an hour lmfao

yeah its a sad story, that they work for that less amount, and it reveals a darkside to us that they are willing to work for that much coz they cannot find any job that pays any better.

@mrbigballs: :D good, I'll make $0.25 per person then! Seriously, I do not need a cut with it, if any of you want I'll just refer that guy to work with you since I wont be using him anyway.

People have to realise that in the 3rd world $10USD a day can be allmost 3X the average income.

So infact by hiring these people at these rates you are lifting them out of poverty and giving them work and a lifestyle that they otherwise wouldnt have.

of course they are just spying and in anytime they will leave him and work for them selves people are not idiots
they are just learning his technique

They are not idiots yes some of the more ambitious workers will be moving on to do things for themselves however $10 a day is good pay in alot of countrys. I'm a recently returned army veteran and have been to many countries in the past few years. when I was in iraq we had different american francised stores run by LNO (Iraqi residents). Things like subway, seattle coffee and burger king. It was cheaper for the U.S to hire LNO than pay americans because if you work for the goverment that's considered combat pay plus no civial contractor goes to iraq for less than 90k a year. So these guys are flipping us burgers like it's the best thing in the world, giving the best customer service of any taco bell on the planet and do you know why? Because they had to be screened and hand picked for these jobs like applying for a corporate management job in america is. And the thing is from the one's I became friends with I found out that they make between $250-$500 a month. The lowest I heard was $225 and the guy had 3 kids and a wife and said he was doing fine. For some countrys making 3k-4k a year is considered wealthy. Now india on the other had I have not been to personally but I know from friends that there are place like what I just described and there are places where any schmuck can make a decent living working anywhere. Traveling the world and seeing different cultures gives you a better grasp/perspective on things and I can tell you that is someone is willing to work for me for $10 a day 8hr then I will let him do it. don't expect perfect work but expect it to be done. If they do a good job on a consistent basis then you will probably get to know them a little bit and get a feel for how they think about there pay. If they ask for a $2 a day raise after a certain amount of time then give it to them, they deserve to move up too and finding someone to provide good results consistently is hard, and if they have been then they deserve it. I'm starting to ramble so I'll stop now but long story short it's ok to hire someone for that cheap and you should not feel guilt for it, it's not like you force them to work for you, it's a mutual decision.

I am needing some work to be done, contact me if this is still open.
