New to the site. Do you know how I can send PM to another member or how long before I can post in a forum?

I found the information in the welcome PM. It looks like I have to post 15 times before I can start a PM.

If someone has posted in a thread and you want to ask them something, just post in their thread and ask away.

The answer would probably help more than just you as others may have the same type of question.
