Thanks for the insight. I guess what I was trying to do is figure out how to control the page and the bank account, but it seems like there is no direct path for that.

That will probably look like having the model verify the account, then changing passwords and MFA.

For the banking, it seems like the bank needs to be in there name (at least at first). After the account is set up, you may be able to change the bank accounts to one you own or control but there is a possibility you get the OF banned.

So next best option for control of the bank account would be to set up an online account in their name (with their help of course), but you would be the only one with login details for the bank account.

I'm still pouring through the forums the forums trying to piece everything together and I'm sure I'll get there through a combination of trial and error.

I think it's a bit more complicated with international models as a US based manager, but I am wading through these murky waters and I hope to have a clear answer to share with everyone soon.

I think it would make more sense to have a business account set up in your agency's name to manage and handle the accounts. They're basically your OF and the girls are just the brand name on it. They lend you their pictures and videos, and you market them for which they receive a cut. It's like Kellogs, they own not only Kellogs, but also Pringles, and make money with both.

You get the login, you get the full control on the bank account, you are in charge. In exchange you will run and market the account for them. They only provide the pics and videos. And you pay them for it.

Unless you have a marketing agency, in which they own their own accounts and you're just paid to market.

That is a lawsuit against you in the making. It's a legal business, why are you acting all shady? Don't do that.

What do you mean by business account set up in the agency's name?

I have a business entity set up for the agency of course, and you are correct they are basically my companies OF accounts.

But as far as OF is concerned in their TOS, they only contract with the models themselves. There's no option to have an agency account with OF. So, the bank accounts also need to be in the models names.

I'm just trying to figure out the best way to handle this so the models have as little control as possible, and I only need them to do as little work as possible. I also want to shield them from as much liability as possible. For example, it takes a lot of trust to set up a bank account in your name and then hand control of it over to someone else. So like I said, I'm looking for the best way to do all of that.

Are you sure? They only need to put the account in one name, and that's you company's then. take it with a grain of salt, as I am not an expert on the matter. Just thinking out loudly with you.

You shouldn't ask them to do any of that, you should set it up in your name and post in theirs. And since you will have a contract with the models that you're allowed to use their images and videos in such a way, you should be legally totally sound

You take the revenue in your name and bank account, and then pay them their split.

hey welcome sounds like you're doing great with your OF agency for the W9 if money goes to your company use your EIN instead of her TIN OF allows business management but check with a tax pro to be safe paxum and skrill are good for international payments wise is another option once you figure this out your agency will run smoothly good luck

This is kind of what I was thinking. Thank you! Do you have personal experience with this? Also, do you know if I can hook up my company bank account to the OF account since the business and EIN are on the W9?

This is the MOST useful information I have found so far about managing models in the US. You are the man!

glad it helped yes you can link your company bank account to the OF account if your business and EIN are on the W9 as long as it's all under the company name OF allows business entities to manage accounts just make sure everything is set up correctly with the tax forms and you should be good to go happy to help

I am not so sure that's correct, but I don't see why models need to use their own names? Many have fake names, too. I honestly don't think onlyfans cares about who owns it as long as it's legit.
