Hello, fresh account and new to the community. I'm US based and I just opened an OF agency. I am in the process of onboarding 4 girls, all international, and could really use some guidance on best practices.

For example, I have a model that is based in New Zealand but used her US passport and a US address. Now OF is asking me for a W9 for that model, but I retain control of the account and would like the moneys to be withdrawn to the company account first. What is OnlyFans policy on agencies? How do I handle this from a tax perspective? I see there is an option to enter a business entity but her name is attached at the top. Obviously she is not an owner, is that a problem if I submit it under my business and EIN instead of providing her TIN?

I have some models in Colombia and Venezuela as well. After doing some research, it appears that banks like Paxum and Skrill would be a good option. Does anybody with a US based OF agency have some insight they can share about onboarding and managing international models? Any help would be much appreciated.

After I am done with all of this, I plan on making a course about how to launch an OF agency because there have been many hurdles to jump!

Thanks! I am starting to dig into all the newbie guides and searching through the forums, but do any of you all have suggestions on where to start or who I can ask? Any guidance would be much appreciated. Sometimes somebody telling you where to look or who to ask can save hours of research!

Too much "hi welcome to BHW" and too little advice. I don't know, but just wanted to point that out.

Hi OP, welcome to BHW.

But, thank you for the welcome and another opportunity to get my message count up! I plan on solving all of these problems, becoming an activer poster and member of the community, and providing guides and information for the next person :)

Life ain't fun if you don't make it fun.

But my friend, I see this all the time on the internet: People post very specific questions and all they get is "hey welcome" and "I am in the same boat as you" and "I don't know but...". And then the thread just dies because it became stale.

I wish I could answer your questions, but you probably know more than me about OF Agencies.

Hey, will you promote them through X?

btw, welcome to fam

Hi bro good luck
Thank you!

I love how pimping evolved into OF Agency
It's above water now, you gotta love it!

Yeah, I think in about a week I will be an expert on launching an agency, how to onboard girls and get OF accounts verified, how to structure the business/manage models/handle payouts, and recruiting.

I am working with a mentor that is doing 6 figures a month withh a handful of models under management, the marketing aspect is taken care of.

I know that on most forums people will say stuff like "use the search bar", but honestly that can take hours of research to get a good comprehension of how a forum works and sifting through worthless posts. It's so much easier if somebody who has already done the footwork can say "Do A-Z, and this that the third". I have paid shitloads of money for that kind of mentorship and guidance because I don't have 50-200 hours to research and go through trial and error.

I think I basically have an answer about the question "How does it work as an agency" managing a model. This question was kind of answered here - https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/are-agencies-and-managers-allowed-to-work-on-onlyfans.1632569/

It definitely does not answer how to handle the payouts and tax question though. So if anybody can drop some knowledge on that, it would be great.

Thank you!

Right mindset. A lot of fluff talk on money making forums, because a lot of people wish they knew the answers, too.

Not sure about an agency like that, but I know many people, with other online businesses, they put their business in tax heavens. BVIs, Caymans, I think croatia, luxembourg, maybe also Greece and Ireland (not sure about last two)

See now this is extremely good advice. I'm not sure how that would work, but I will definitely look into it.

What I am really trying to get answered here is "How can I remove the tax liability for the model and shift that liability to the agency". A big part of the pitch and what I want to offer the models is "We handle all of that for you" essentially. I want to remove as many barriers for entry and managerial or administrative responsibility for each model as possible. When things are more complicated than "do a) and then b) and we are good" you lose models. And being able to handle all of that for them really helps DHV as an agency and puts you in a position to maintain authority and control.

Specifically as a US based agency.

I think the answer when dealing with international models would be to create a bank account with a service like Paxum or Skrill, withdraw funds to those accounts, and then disperse to my US accounts or the models accounts from those accounts.

I wish there was a course or masterclass on the best way to work with models outside the US!

Pretty sure you can take them under contract, but they need to pay their own taxes regardless. That is something you can't take away from them. But you need to make sure to look into DTAs (Double Tax Agreements) so they don't have to pay twice, if you base yourself in a foreign country taxwise.
