I am planning to promote my blog through blog commenting.Is it a good idea?
Could anyone provide me a list of blogs in health,phramacy and medical education niche.
I do also need the blog list in university education niche.

Won't be effective. A lot of effort and in the end, you'll get a couple hundred visitors of whom only a small percentage returns again.
 
yes, that would work to boost your SE rankings and get real traffic from there. However, it would be good to make some web 2.0s linking to the main blog and then blog comment blast those web 2.0s..
 
You need a whole bunch of different links. Link diversity is important. There has to be both quality and quantity too.

Going to be a very time consuming idea that yields next to no returns.
 
I agree with you dude... your idea will surely help to boost the traffic of the blog.... :)

Could be useful for building links, but I doubt you'll get much traffic from commenting alone.
 
I used blog comment service it will increase alexa site linking.
