Could anyone provide me a list of blogs in health,phramacy and medical education niche.
I do also need the blog list in university education niche.

Won't be effective. A lot of effort and in the end, you'll get a couple hundred visitors of whom only a small percentage returns again.

yes, that would work to boost your SE rankings and get real traffic from there. However, it would be good to make some web 2.0s linking to the main blog and then blog comment blast those web 2.0s..
