This is the general social media section: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/general-social-chat.32/ You can study it and learn a lot of useful information. About DMing here I think your account must be more developed (I think you need to have at least 100 posts and your account must be 60 days old) but I don't remember for sure. Read the newbie guide and it will explain everything to you.
