This user has many great guides like this, read them. He also sells a in depth course on keyword research.
Also, I would suggest looking for journeys of Amazon reviews sites, it's like the most tried thing ever, find the ones where the writer goes in depth on what he did, and learn from him. Learn from his failures too. Reread the answer you got here and take notes, pointers, don't let it get lost.

That's very useful, thanks. But I am sticking with ecommerce. I like the idea of having a physical product you own.
And yes dropshipping is outdated, which is why I only want to do it until I have enough money to get an actual product protype made.

you will be making your own product? that's a different story, margins are very different that way. in that case, i don't think it counts as dropshipping. well, if you have the budget and know how to make your own product, best of luck. those links are mostly SEO stuff that should be useful to you. don't blindly buy SEO services without reading them first, or you may end up buying useless shit for a premium price. happens a lot.
