And I am wanna make it reallly good e-commerce.

so where can I start? I want to know about credit card payment service like stripe atlas.
And if should I open my e-commerce business in the US or in my country Israel.

I am want to sell worldwide but start with US.

it depend on your product price, source,niche etc.
try do make a list of pros and cons, and do some research is your product have higher deman in us or your country

In my opinion, everything starts with the keywords. As long as you do great research on that + research on the products/services you want to sell, analyze your competition, the on-going prices for the matter. You can do anything you want in this world, you just need the motivation and the time.
