I had some long conversations with a Dr from South Florida about building something to help those in his particular area get online treatment and bowed out as I think that what he wants to do is above my pay grade but "Online Doctoring" is an aspect of your industry that has really yet to flourish.

Sure, we see some things happening but I believe that you have more than a world of opportunity ahead of you in that area as those with imagination and expertise continue to flourish.
