I have been an Affiliate marketer for around 12 months now, I have tried 4 or 5 networks but find clickbank the more beneficial for my niche.
I signed up to increase my knowledge and also to help others where possible. For some weird reason my clickbank hops for yesterday (wednesday) was way off! I was hoping this was a system error or perhaps some others had the same issue. I know CB had a delay on their analytics a couple of days back but that was corrected and the green light was on and upto date yesterday, yet my hops for the day was 20 something even though my traffic on blogs etc is normal? This means my hops should be on average 3-500 so you can see my reason for concern.
The only thing thats different, is I have had two refunds one today, another 2 days back (just before this started), coincidence? Also one or two hops says order form impression count 2 but hops 0? I use bitly to shorten and track my urls, never had problems before. Using their tracker it shows the links have been clicked on several times yet no reflection on CB. I emailed CB but have not yet got a reply.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
