Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Jay, I've been looking at the bhw forums since 2010, I regret not registering sooner but I think it's time to give back some of what I've learned on this great site, and also to get suggestions on new journey ideas.

So, I hope to start contributing soon.

You should've joined in pre-pandemic era. There are great methods even now but everything is on steroids with AI and automation. Better late than never. Good luck to your IM journey.
