Hello! I’ve been reading the forum for a while and I finally decided to join! Its nice to meet you all.

Hey, PMW,

It's nice to meet you as well! Since joining, are you planning to start a journey of some kind and document it here? Or you have other goals for this forum?

Well, I already have my offline business and I am planning to start an online shop and I need all the black and white hat tips and tricks for this :). I am also interested in some services and I am gonna try a few.

Good luck! I've had great success with some of the services for backlink building :)

Since it would be a website for your offline business, then white hat is definitely the way to go (with a bit of grey :)). I don't think that there is any point in risking your business website with black hat stuff. Better just build your authority and think long term.

And how you build your authority using white hat :) ?

And how you build your authority using white hat, somehow fast ? :)

100% solid advice there. Think long term. Build out your website with quality content let the links come in natural. There's a great free tool Ive been using lately, called Ubsersuggest, by Neil Patel, check it out to help get some content ideas for your new online adventure.

One of my websites is just a presentation website for my business. No blogs, no post just some info about my business. How you rank for some keywords with something like that?

If the website has no blog section, create it. Then read as much as you can about keyword research and proper on-page SEO on BHW here. After that, write content based on the research or order the content, plenty of good writers here. Also, read on Local SEO/GMB SEO if you perhaps offer local services.

Depending on what your business sells or offers, influencer marketing/instragram could be a good side strategy to try. (eventually could become the main strategy).

Just to say, there are many routes which you can take, depends on niche you are in and goals.

Again solid info from Grizzly thanks man. If your building a brand then you can rank for keywords such as your business name very easy, that would be a good start. Get your name out there.

If you have a website that is a presentation website then create the content based on the presentation. It doesn’t have to be written it can be videos, podcasts, info graphics etc...

Be sure to bring VALUE to your target audience.

Get on social media and create that brand awareness by using the same name across all platforms.

Being a local business you should be able to rank for some low hanging fruit. Start small, test,
test and test some more.
