+ Add Proxy and login Profile then leave it alone so that the profile gets used to the device and proxy. Note that you need to keep the same device and Proxy and do not change.
+ Create a clean campaign on the main ad account of that account. Note that a clean campaign does not violate the policy. Add the card you want to add. Note that in this part, we essentially need to let this Profile get used to the Bin of the card so that later when you add this bin to other advertising accounts using this Profile, the rate of adding cards successfully will be very high. So find the bins you often use and can create different cards with the same bin head for easy use.
+ Spend as much as possible, at least need to pay 3 bills of the original account of the profile
+ Bm or account want to add a card need to soak on that profile as long as possible, at least one day before adding the card (add the card when the profile in the proxy is at least 3 days old and has spent).
+ After soaking BM or advertising account, add the card. Good luck!
