Hello BHW community,what do I need to know or prepare before buying an instagram account

Hello friends

I'm gonna buy an instagram account, I need your advice/guide before take action

I've contacted(DM) the page owner , he agreed to sell his page and stated only accept paypal.

I'm ok with paypal, but I don't know the process. If i transferred all the money first seems unsafe to me. Does paypal has any function like this can help us deal with instagram account transaction. Also what's the transaction fee of paypal in this deal, should I also pay for the transaction fee.

About the instagram account, as it's a business account , these things come into my mind that I need to note:
1.facebook page admin permission
2.account registered email[username and psw]
3.account mobile phone number
4.account username and psw

Is there anything I didn't cover yet? thanks for all of your help, much appreciate

The thing you have to be worried about is the quality of the account. How the account got the following, if it's real and if it's relevant.

The paypal payment is the more secure for you so everything ok.

And I'm not 100% sure, but I think you just need account password and username. With that you can change email (do that asap), FB page, Telephone number, etc.

If you are interested in FB page as well then he/she should give you administrator role and you have to deleted other account roles.

The FB is not important, you can change the FB page once you have access to the ig account. Here's what's important:

- check if the followers are in fact real and engaging! (Check his stats on socialblade and go through many posts of his account to see if it is legit. Even go check out the accounts that like and comment on the content to see if these are real ppl you bots.) Also ask him to show you screenshots of the account insight stats (number of impressions, follower info). This works for business accounts.

- Seller needs to be trustworthy. You can claim you payment back with paypal in case he doesn't deliver though. Make sure you pay for 'goods and services'. He should pay the fee and you have paypal buyer protection.

- On top of the ig login. He will need to hand you over the email account that he used to sign up on instagram. Without that, you will not be able to recover your account in case it gets hacked or something happens where you need to contact ig support. They will not communicate with you unless you have access to the original email. You know it's the original email if it has the 'welcome to instagram' email in the inbox.

Once you buy the account and get access. Check password + recovery info for your ig and email!

Based on my experience, before buying the account, i've asked to take a look at the account, to see how is the followers. Is their any chances for future engagement or the followers are all just fake. And about paypal, you don't have to worry because it is secure.
