How do you PM a member?

Click on the respective member user name and you will see "Start a conversation" and there you go. But you need to have minimum 15 posts to send PM or may be more (I am not sure)

You do not have the permissions to PM a member yet but you can tag them in a post using the @ before their name like @Lord surh and they will get an alert to respond to your post.
