Hello all, new here (questions)

Hello all,

first, to intreduce myself, my name is oren, i have been reading this forum for some time,
and since SEO really intrigued me i started to look for good books to understand
SEO "game rules".

i was hoping for some advice/pointers on to what books/Documents i should start with,
right now i am reading "the art of SEO" which is quite nice.

also, what do you think i should learn as well?

1) is there any good cursera courses?
2) should i learn HTML or wordpress/wix?
3) would you recommend me to learn about black hat SEO as well as white hat for better understanding?(how impotent is it?)
4) do you think working on SEO is steady job? what are the risks?
5) what would you recommend learning while learning SEO (right now Doing M.A in organizational development).
6) should i build a "demo" site, just to check my skills as i go along? (jumping into the (cold) waters i guess).

any other information will be great, i am just starting and i have Amazing amount of motivation.

Second of all... go to moz and start learning the basic things in seo.. and surff around a while and see whether you could find some other reliable sources to pick up the pace in seo.

Then, get to know the link building strategies that many people were using..

Wordpress and Wix would be ideal if you want things to be happening soon.

learn not to use some cheap techniques while learning seo.. some may succeed but many would fall.. so the best and safest way is white hat.. as Google is trying to murder black hat, its a better choice..

if you're dare enough start something new and check out the results and learn from your mistakes.

Man you've hell lot of questions here.. and keep up the spirit buddy... there are tons of motivational people around here... 75% of them would help you in succeeding in your goal...
