Having Trouble with Ebay or Paypal, Ask Me Here & Ill Help

Hello, can you please answer my question? I have a limited access to my Paypal account and im just wondering if i can still receive money even though my account is limited? And can i withdraw my money to my bank account after receiving the money?

Why haven't you just returned the item if the item is defective? Sounds like you're trying to keep the item and trying to get a refund.

You can't add a new phone to the account. You will have to have access to the original phone in order for the text to go through.

PayPal will simply just give you an error stating that it is not the original phone number registered on the account.
 
What is the best way to get this damn 21 day wait to go away? I have half a grande in the account which I can't withdrawl
 
I have a question. I'm planning to sell on instagram using PayPal as a way to receive payment. I would like to
1. Find a way to withdraw out of stealth accounts
2. Know how to avoid the least suspicion possible when it comes to withdrawing
I will be receiving 1200 a week.
I want to avoid the least suspicion so I can be able to keep my money and get it. Thanks
 
Oh yeah and will paypal be watching my account due to random payments coming in (which is from my business) unlike ebay where they know where my money is coming from

I'm abit new to paypal and was wondering whats the best way to transfer funds from stealth accounts to bitcoins/cashout? I just don't want the stealth accounts to raise any red flags when I start transferring them out.

As of now, if your paypal isn't restricted you can just attach any virgin (not linked to banned paypal) bank account to it and cash out, as paypal do not see what name is attached to a bank account number.

since we're talking about SSNs and paypal, i have an interesting situation

i'm canadian

i want to have a us (usd $) paypal account

reason for this is my suppliers are almost all american

meaning, its important that i am able to sell my products in usd $ and keep the money in usd $

converting to cad $ means i'll take a big loss

trouble is, paypal won't allow someone who doesnt have an SSN to get a "paypal payments pro" account (basically a merchant account)

i've phoned paypal to ask them about this, and they confirmed that a non-resident cannot get this service from them

it doesnt make sense to me

i can open an LLC in the states as a non-resident and get an EIN...

any ideas on how to work around this?

AFAIK there is no restriction on a foreign national incorporating as a foreign entity at the state level. You incorporate at the state that you have legal presence in (as in you have someone there who can legally receive papers), and file your taxes like any american owned corporation would. One thing I'm not sure about is whether you're allowed to form a single person LLC or corporation as a foreigner so you might want to ask a tax professional.
 
Had original ebay account suspended. I have a static ip but i did get it changed.
When I make a new ebay account, and a new paypal account, can I use a fake name and real email address for the ebay account? Then use the same name and a real p.o. box address (not a box number) on the paypal account? I have a bank account and a credit card I did not have on my previous paypal account that I can link, it does however have my real name on it.

Also in the future if Ebay or Paypal ask for identification what do I do? If they ask for an SSN can i just an Employer Identification number?

yes, as long as everything is new and not connected to your old eBay account

name on bank doesn't matter because paypal can't see it without a court order

IRS allows you to get one Tax ID to run business as a sole proprietor. If your name is common enough and your address isn't too close to your old account info, that should be enough. If you name is something like "Regillius Amadeus Monsterdong IV" you might want to go set up a LLC or Corp. The other option is to stay well below the 200 transaction/$20000 limit so that they don't ask you for the info in the first place.

A few more questions. I've read a lot of your post and others as well and just have a few yes or no questions.

--A Google voice number is a bad idea? Is a tracfone the only cheaper, better option?
--For the tracfone people say they come with a few minutes on them so I can verify. What about in the future if Ebay calls? How will I know to buy minutes so I can respond?
--Everyone says get a Vanilla Vis Card. Can I simply get a 25 buck one? or should I get a reloadable?--
--For ebay and paypal should I open personal accounts? Or is merchant better? (I plan to dropship)

I don't recommend it, because eBay can tell that it's not a real phone. But others have had success with it.

Tracfone has a family plan which automatically adds 30 mins to each phone under the plan every month. $10/mo for the first phone and $6/mo for up to five more phones. I turned off the "let eBay contact me for marketing and surveys" thing and I have not had a call from ebay/paypal in any of my dozen active stealth accounts for over a year. The greater worry is that since eBAy will release your phone # to the customer if they ask that they'll try to call you up.

Don't get reloadable. There is a reason why everyone says Vanilla is the best. Remember you only need to verify ebay/paypal on this thing and it serves no other purpose.

Business acct is less hassle in the long run, since if you have personal and sell a lot the will eventually force you to upgrade to business anyways.

If you're at the point where having to provide a tax ID becomes an issue, you're not giving paypal/eBay any more information by having a business account than a personal account.
