You can't use another Paypal account with an eBay that had one previously been attached. PayPal will link the two together and eventually limit it.

Hi there to EbayUltimate. I have a problem and I hope you can help me.I've had an ebay account for probably 7-8 years. I have a 100% positive feedback. Recently I decided I would go back home to Europe.I sold an expensive laptop and I sent it,got the money,transferred them to my bank account and closed it since I wouldn't be in the States to pay the fees ,so no point. I don't have a SSN here since. My bank account has my passport information. I am saying this because my laptop was expensive and it seems just before left home, the buyer opened a case and he claims the laptop is not in the box(he said it was well sealed,so it must have been me). I have provided ebay with the tracking information that he got it. I attached a picture wit the receipt from USPS stating the exact weight which corresponds to that of the laptop. Ebay ruled in his favor. Now I have a negative feedback. I was going to sue him if I was in the States but no point now. Can Paypal do anything to me. My bank accout is closed, no working phone number,I moved out of my apartament since the lease ended. Do I have to worry about anything.I am definitely not returning money since I can't get my laptop back. It seems the buyer wants to scam me...and he successfully did but Ebay doesn't care.What can I do? Do I have to feat they can get the passport information and I don't know find me in my country and make me pay...It all sounds absurd. I just wanted to know if i have to start putting some money aside if it comes to that.Thanks a lot!
Hi mate so kind of you to offer your help...i need help and I am.hoping you can help me...last year I got banned for no reason but I was quick to withdraw my money to avoid paying them their fees..why should I pay fees for a service they no longer provide...They keep sending me post at my home address asking to pay the fees of course I ignore them...A few weeks later I created a new account after creating a new user I'd on my computer and I run the Internet off a dongle when I use ebay...iuse a friends name de tails address etc. I have been using the account for 6.months and all has been good until now my friend is no longer allowing me.to sendpackages to his address...ii have nowhere else to send it to...so i was wandering if i kept the business address at his but changed the delivery address to my home address which was the address of my previous account which was banned do you think they can trace that?

Link dummy paypal and dummy bank?
This has nothing to do with ebay but it may be related. I offer web design and programming. After the work, the client refuses to pay. Reason being the actual owner/company haven't pay him yet. I have already created a paypal invoice and it has been sitting there for some time. Can I use this somehow and requested paypal to deduct the owed payment from their account?
Not your problem. If the client places the order, the client is responsible for payment. I think chances are good that you were just scammed into doing free work.
No, you can not induce payment on paypal.
Yeah, you got stuck with a farmer/outsourcer. I have them in the writing field too, and the rule of thumb is to get money upfront from them. Well, all dev projects actually. Most dev projects have a non-refundable downpayment since it's something that can take months to complete.
You have to be very careful about working with outsourcers. They pull that "I didn't get paid so I can't pay you" shit all the time. Not your problem. Your contract is with them not their client. But, you're probably out the money. It's a lesson that a lot of devs and writers have learned. I've actually not been scammed out of dev work but went through the noob experience of getting stuck with a writing farmer way back in the day.

Lucky for you its not a premium aged account or something with few limitations. Did they say only ID or did they give you the choice of a bill? If so, have someone alter a real bill you have via photoshop and FIVERR could probably help you. Change your real info to the info on the stealth. See if it works. Its worth a shot because if you pass then you are set for life with proving yourself.
NEVER, EVER voluntarily call in with a stealth account. I don't even usually call in when I have very legitimate reasons to do so. Yeah, I get some bullshit defects I can get removed. But not worth taking a chance of it triggering something that gets my account banned.
I have my paypal account permanently blocked, due to a limitation on an "old" paypal account. I contacted eBay to increase my selling limits they said they're willing to do it but I needed to resolve the limitation on my "old" paypal account.
The reason for limit was regarding a few payments I received in my old account, they wanted my details, passport, proof of address etc and I provided those then they still limited my account with no reason to why.
So I opened a new account not knowing I couldn't.
Long story short, what happened instead was my current paypal got locked aswell and got told I can't use paypal ever again.
Just checking is it possible for my wife to use paypal? In terms of home address, ip address, etc...
Want to know what I can/can't do.

Aspkin forums has a lot of sellers that offer stealth accounts from 5/$500 to 100/$5000.

Small correction: They offer stealth accounts from 5/$500 to 1,000/$25,000 with at least one seller offering 10,000/$100,000. I said that to say I'm utterly amaze at the lofty limits on these accts these resellers offer!!

so heres my story...i live in bahrain and have a bahraini paypal account and my mode of withdrawing funds is through a friend (i.e i send him virtual money through paypal...and he gives me the same amount in cash) and the problem is there is no "family and friends" option in my country and so i have to go through mass amounts of fees...so is there a way i can bypass this? or can i open a US account and just use that?..i wont need it to be verified i JUST need the "family&friends" option

I now need to confirm my identity to withdraw money which I obviously cannot do, has anyone got an idea on how to get round this, kind of want that money!

Paypal is asking me for a document to justify a complaint for a defective audio player.
"In order to continue with our investigation, we need documentation supporting your claim that the item is damaged or significantly not as described. Please obtain a document (such as an estimate or invoice) from an unbiased third-party, such as a dealer, repair shop, appraiser, or another individual or organization that is qualified in the area of the item in question (other than you).
This document should detail the extent of the damage or clearly explain how the item received significantly differs from the item advertised. Please do not proceed with any repairs or alterations to the item, as doing so will limit our ability to successfully resolve your claim, and may result in the cancellation of your dispute."
