I have managed to rank in the SERPS for a pretty competitive construction keyword where the avg. job is more than $15,000. I set up email forwarding, phone forwarding, etc. and its ready to make money.

I'm finding it hard to find business people that want to work with me and rent out my site. It's like people don't want to get rich or they think it must be some sort of scam. I see it as an opportunity for someone to scale their biz to millions yet they don't see it that way; it boggles my mind.

How do you guys go about explaining to these guys that you're offering them basically a lifetime opportunity for a tiny price compared to how much they will make?

You just need to find the one guy who isn't set in old ways and is open minded.. this is literally gold for service companies.

If I was at your position I would secure a couple solid leads and give them for free to the company most likely to sign and once they close a job with on of your leads (for free) they will come back for more!

It just seems to me that they're all so stubborn and close-minded, maybe they're not in position to scale their business? Maybe my email just sucks. But you're right giving away the free leads is probably the way to go with this and gain a little bit of trust.

I have some experience in sales (cold calling & emailing). Post a censored email that you used, it's probably the copy.

Have you called any?

Don't send an email, give them a call and offer the leads.. even better to meet in person.

You have something they really need so you can make lots of money just have to hook them first.

What should I do to activate Google My Business Accounts by phone as soon as possible?
