I'm not sure what you mean by zooming in and out, the best way is to contact support http://www.scrapebox.com/contact-us
Also when scraping URL's they are automatically saved to the \Harvester_Sessions\ folder inside the main ScrapeBox folder so nothing is lost.

Solution was to change screen resolution from the vps management host.
