Having problem with Ogads.!?

Hi, I am using Ogads right now and it seems good so far to me. But I am having a problem since the beginning. Sometimes when I get Cpa (not installs) conversations which displays on the dashboard,, the payout does not add up. For example, I saw a cpa conversation today of 1.2$ in the dashboard, but I didn't get the $ added to my account balance. No so much but it happens sometimes.
Does anyone have any explanation of this?

I tried to contact my AM but he is busy I presume.

Actually I am pretty new to them and not making much right now just about $150-$200... I think that's why I can't get their attention
 
I have the same thing but it's just the clock and syncronisation. At the end I always have all the money

What do you mean, will they give back those missing money? if yes then when?
 
Its not really missing money, its just that sometimes I have offer in m'y dashboard and conversions but they are not add instantly in m'y balance acc.

But I didn't get the payouts of this type conversations of Last month ..
