Can somebody share FollowingLike bot safe options, for how many followers and other stuff I need to set in 24 hours?
Another question, how you add keywords that you want to follow? Because all the time I`m running out of them, system starts to say you already following them and just stops, until I add new keywords.

You will need VPS because you don't want your PC running 24/7.

It seems kind of hit and miss with the proxies that come with Valar's accounts. If you can't swap out the proxies then I suggest to just rinse and repeat what you've tried before (rest accounts & warm them back up slowly).
Looks like you only got an action block. I don't believe the bot you're using gives the best 'advice' as to what to do after such a thing occurs on an account.

Change the way you scrape users to follow. For example, follow the followers of large accounts in your niche.
s there a limit on how many accounts you can create (not log in) per IP and/or per device? I'm a bit worried that I might have created too many accounts from my IP address. If so, what are the consequences for that? If i create another one, would my existing accounts get affected negatively somehow?
Is it okey if I get someone to create account(s) for me from different IP address/device but I log in from mine and use those accounts?

I'm not sure if there's an exact limit but there comes a point where the IP becomes flagged by Instagram making account creation very difficult.
The consequences are bans.
You're leaving behind very obvious footprints every time you create a new account on the same IP.
You've reached the point where you need to learn about proxies.

hey @froger,
i'm trying to do something other than following / unfollowing to grow an authority account.
so i find accounts related to the niche and create a little collage of their pictures, along with some stats like how many followers they've got. i upload this and tag them in it.
so say it's in the weed niche, i'd be uploading collages of various weed accounts with their beautiful weed pictures.
the value being, people who are interested in the weed niche, browse my collages which provide a quick glimpse of what an account has to offer, now the browser can quickly determine which accounts they're interested in following/looking at. i am building a community and helping the niche network amongst itself.
pros:
unlimited content creation for me, i'm just regurgitating others uploads.
helping smaller accounts get visibility (which they'll appreciate)
cons:
maybe someone will report me for tagging them (i don't see why they would though. the collage is nice quality and their username is credited in the comments. they'll get traffic.)
do you have some thoughts?

This sounds like a great idea! I also wouldn't worry about people reporting you for tagging them.
You might also want to think about commenting/liking/DM/Stories as other means of interacting.

While it's possible for your accounts to get captcha's, I highly doubt you'll run into them.
When it comes to managing accounts on Follow Liker, they provide a pretty in-depth guide on how to do that.

I have searched the entire internet but no alternative to massplanner or instagress ? ( I avoid some like instazood because it repetively asks for " this was not me " and ig asks me to reset passwords everytime. Also, followliker is a computerised bot. I want a web based like massplanner. Please help me froger, any price is affordable to me BUT it should have 3 day trial or something like that so I can test it out.

Greetings sir,
Commenting and DM'ing will increase your engagement (especially preforming these actions after a follow) but it will also increase the risk for being banned/flagged.
As for the limits, that will be dependent on a number of things like age of account, # of other actions being preformed, complexity of spintax, etc.. I would suggest starting low and slowly increasing the # if you wish to try commenting & dm'ing.
What do you wish to do with a "web based" bot over a "computerised bot" is this for preforming actions through an embedded browser?
This would only be effective if you're trying to grow accounts in the same niche as the 50k. You would need to give an incentive for the followers on the 50k to follow the smaller accounts.
