Having Difficulty Finding a Good Website to Buy

It's so hard to find a decent website in the 10-20k range. I'm looking for a passive (or almost passive) income site in the personal finance, nootropics, mental health, investing, politics niche...

It's not difficult. Look in the right place, last time I checked, Flippa still has some decent established websites for sale.

It's hard to find real websites with real honest results in the range you're looking for. If you find anything on Flippa you think it`s worth buying, throw me a PM here. I was a website flipper for a couple of years, I could give you some tips and help you do due diligence.
 
10~20k is your buddget?
If yes I think it is enough to find some decent websites
 
Same here, looking to buy sites with similar or higher price range.
Pretty hard to find something decent and everybody's trying to scam :/

Nootropics are pretty cool, have you tried PRL-8-53? I love the stuff, it improves your memory by 300% :D

It`s never 100% safe, there are a lot of variables that can be modified to falsely inflate the price :) The safest are the websites that you can buy just for the price of the design, with no stats being advertised :) But told you, intensive due diligence and you can spot almost all fakes :)
 
Consider apps too. You can start up your own advertising network with that kind of money ;)
 
I heard empire flippers are legit. Didn't try them tho.

Or feinternational from a member of this forum.
