It's so hard to find a decent website in the 10-20k range. I'm looking for a passive (or almost passive) income site in the personal finance, nootropics, mental health, investing, politics niche...

It`s never 100% safe, there are a lot of variables that can be modified to falsely inflate the price The safest are the websites that you can buy just for the price of the design, with no stats being advertised But told you, intensive due diligence and you can spot almost all fakes
