Like you start talking to them and then , like you get that gut feeling something is off and you cease communication right there on the spot?

After you learn to distrust everyone, there is no one to be trusted. Your gut is safe and good then. Except for coffee.
 
After asking for samples from niche edit sellers, I always have a gut feeling that they're being re-sold from cheap ass Fiverr gigs - and I'm right 95% of the time.

There is no proof to be found unless you can access their browser history. One thing that I will do is PM everyone that orders from these cheap ass frauds and tell them the truth about their service and hope that they cancel their order.

Ask them for samples and throw these site names in Fiverr search bar. You'll find the resellers that sell for 1000-2000% of the price they buy it for quickly. (Unless they send you better samples than they actually deliver)

dunno some new guy responded my ad cause i wanted to get someone to do a photomanip for me and , just something about it didn't seem right

Yea a few times developers gave me recent projects from their “portfolios” that were mega brands. Ya buddy I’m sure you developed bestbuy.com for $9/hour prepaid

Rules from Hire a Freelancer section state:
"To reply to a Hire a Freelancer thread you will need to have an active Jr VIP, Premium or Marketplace seller subscription."

If this person sent you a private message and did not meet the requirements above you should report them. They are breaking forum rules and there is a good chance they were attempting to scam you.
 
Not on this forum but in life in general. If I get a bad gut feeling I always listened. Whether it is intuition or you just subconsciously picked up something which was not right that feeling has always been on target. I have gotten in trouble when I ignored it for the sake of "being nice", doubting myself or just wanting to give someone a chance.
Trust your guts.
