Christopher Kennedy got six months in prison and owes $407,934.39 to ebay for writing some blackhat software that helped people cookie stuff ebay. Happened last June.

Owner of digitalpoint, Shawn Hogan was accused of cookie stuffing ebay, and the feds got involved, but I don't see any new news about that since 2010.
So yeah you can go to jail if you're committing fraud. That's not exactly the same thing as blackhat ... blackhat by definition isn't illegal.

Normal people on BHW dont get jailed for Internet Marketing techniques, blackhat or not.
There is a massive difference between unethical and illegal (such as fraud).
Internet Marketing with blackhat techniques is purely a different means to an end.
White hat marketing = slow and steady
Black hat marketing = fast
