Another ethical question comes to my mind what is to have an ethics code guideline/conduct on your website,
especially as a consulting or coaching agency?

I mean, respecting customers, regardless of their ethnic origin and giving the best possible solutions, etc, etc, etc all of that is actually self-evident, right? Some websites have such ethics code policy/guideline on their site, is it more of a marketing gimmick to mention something that goes without saying. How do you see it, does such an ethics code guideline look suspicious or does it bring more trust to website visitors and also more customers (sales)?

On the otherside, yeah there are very rude business branches, like oil, gas, diamonds, insurance, stock trading, horticulture (produce potting soil that's not a joke) yes there you must be corrupt, unethical, a swine like JR Ewing from Dalls, otherwise the competitors will drive you under the bus. In all other branches not. (yep you have your own rules but you are not a badass swine).

Here in germeny too some big consulting agencies have an ethics code policy, but it's a double sword too in today hard harsh business world.
What do you think about ?

Hi guys another fresh day now.... you will laugh the gofokkerdaddy team (!) has an ethics code conduct on their page which is big with 36 pages , sounds like the joke of the century. I share it with you you will not believe it.

Their page: https://aboutus.godaddy.net/investor-relations/governance/default.aspx
Here is the ethic code in pdf 36 pages (google drive link) :

Crazy, silly , right? You could laugh about it if it wasn't godaddy...yep have a 36 pages of ethics code, but we like to fraud customers (except customers who have a big wallet) yeah, the world now is a silly place.

Better I write my own bold ethic code like this:

If you don't pay my retainer in advance, I'll burn the house down

How dare you are? You have access to me for 1 hour once a week via 1:1 session

I'm too expensive? Go home to mommy

If you're reckless, I'll throw you out, there's no money back

Do you make great ethical statements, but don't stick to your own words? Go home, go to fiverr , your mommy should kick you out of the house.

If you don't talk to me in a Buddhist friendly tone, I'll kick you down

I do business with you, not the other way around

My appointments must absolutely be respected.

When I ask you questions, you must answer only the truth

You must swear a loyal oath before I do business with you

My ethical code is a clear message to you?

I bet would I have this thing on my site people will hate me a lot and this thing of ethic code will go viral; "Yeah spell out my name! "
