Hello,
i would like to open a new account because the first one get messed up. I will use new IPs and stuff but can't change the paypal. Does it work that way, are they going to catch and limit me and if so can i fix it somehow if provide them everything that they require ?

You must change the PayPal to. eBay and PayPal are the same company and yes they will link it and
suspend you again.

Regarding ur directvcc service,what if i buy a paypal account from u and want to withdraw funds to the bank account attached to it,how will i get the funds(as the bank acc linked to that acc is yours)

I got busted by VERO for having copyrighted photos on my listings. I just used the photos from the wholesaler's website but it turns out they just rip their designs from other companies, although they are not branded items.

Now my policy compliance is down to medium and I've noticed a drop in my sales. Does it affect sales that much, they're dropped to almost 0? Or am I imagining it, or is it just a blip?
