"My eBay account was suspended indefinitely! What do I do now?"
I have had this happen to me also, so I can say that these steps DO work(I personally only used the first 4 and my other acc has been fine for over 6 months):

I think you did something wrong... here's what they detect.
1. IP Address (Big time!)
2. Street Address
3. Name
4. Phone number (get one from google voice or skype and forward it)
5. Paypal account (don't use anything from your old account, nothing. Needs to be in a different name and all. They cross reference with ebay, after all it is owned by them.
6. Bank Account
7. Credit card on file"

I personally use Auctiva. There is a nominal monthly charge. If you list anything multiple times it is HIGHLY recommended.
You can also use eBay's own Turbo Lister.
"I want mo money, how do I do dropshipping/wholesale?"
First off, if you are already starting to sell on eBay, you will most likely get emails saying they "sell wholesale prices". These are usually wholesale middlemen, and you will not turn a profit.

Do not try to sell any EPN account here. Same goes for wanting to buy an eBay account.

PayPal is notorious for this, and unfortunately besides verifying, there are not many ways around it. There are certain people who will help you get the funds out if needed, again please check the Marketplace. I will post if I find a guide for this.
"Ok I just want to make a new PayPal, f* my old one. How do I do this?"
I have also personally done this. I changed IPs permanently, cleared all cookies, and used business LLC information. Been working fine for over 6 months now. If that is not available, you can have a friend/family member you trust enough, you can also use their information.
"Too much! I quit PayPal altogether! What are my other options?"
There are a few other payment alternatives, but unfortunately eBay is a stickler.

So you will need startup money in almost all cases.

When buying items at different marketplaces, be sure to calculate in ebays commission so you know you will turn a profit. For example, Gamestop has a coupon for 30% off one PS2 game. You buy it online for 26.99 shipped, and resell on ebay for 39.99. In most cases ebay/PP will take up to 18-20%, so you now sold that item for ~33$, still turning a profit of ~6$.
One of the biggest marketplaces is Craigslist. I started off with this tactic and I now have hired someone to do this part time. You simply search through the different for sale sections of your nearby city/cities, find people that "need to sell" for whatever reason. Things such as rent, bills, immediate needs, people are going to be willing to sell for much less. Lowball them heavily, then they will either accept or try to make a deal. Either way you win. For instance, yesterday we lowballed someone for a Xbox 360/games bundle for $110 and resold it for $230. There is a bit more manual work involved, in order to meet up and such, but it can be lucrative.
