Have a problem with facebook. pls help

Hello,

Our community fb page was hacked today, the admin of the group is a friend of mine, basically i dunno how it happend but the were able to kick him out and they added another 3 admins, the group has 7000+ fans and these new admins called "nameless" are posting stuff on it and insulting the people of this small community. Its sad becuase the group is a peacefull place where people talk about whatever happens in our city and we share images of the old times. We have been reporting these 4 profiles but nothing is happening, what can be done?

Make a new group and start inviting everyone to the new group? Take 10-20 trusted members from that group, make them all admin in the new one, tell them all to start inviting everyone etc. If you all do about 50 invites a day each, you could technically have migrated everyone to the new group in a week.

Facebook has very bad customer support, i don't think they will reply, let alone help you.

There is so much information in that group, so many memorie, photos and much more...videos....you name it. This wouldnt be a solution, how can i get those 4 admins banned from facebook?

That would not be a solution, either, and would not result in you automatically regaining control of the group.

Have you utilized the proper channels via Facebook support, or have you just mass spammed reports to the four accounts?

maybe you do not know that you have mistakenly typed you Facebook login detail into the phishing page?

People of the group have being reporting them.

What happend is that someone recreated a friends account that was admin in the group and offcourse the main admin when he saw the request he thought it was legit...and that was a big mistake.

btw its not my group, its a friend of mine that created it.

My opinion is that you need to take effort on creating new group. From hacked group download that important materials (pictures, info's etc..) and start posting in new group. Than, with help of friends and members who want to help invite rest of people in new group, and send others message that leave old group.

One more thing, here on BHW long time ago I was read how you could scrape all emails from group members, or their id's and with that could be possibility to invite all them in new group.
