Hating your job

Im trying to get into IM because i believe it has AMAZING potential to give people the opportunity to live a more free life without having a 9-5 but here i am trying to implement a method that is somewhat spammy and essentially doing it manually because i have to.

I HATE IT.

I am ripping my hair out. setting up a website was alright and creating a bit of content was a pain but this is crazy. I know its possible to make money with this but is it worth the added stress? should i try something less spammy? its hard to outsource this while receiving quality.

This is meatheads method btw about "seo jacking" many of you might have read. Just wondering if any of you guys actually hate your IM jobs but do it because of the money?

To be frank, if you hate it this may not be what you want to do with your life. In a perfect world an occupation should be something you love to do. While we are not in anything even close to a perfect world, doing something you hate to make a living is borderline nuts when there are so many alternatives.

I think that most people hate aspects of a job, to one degree or another, but if you hate the entire experience, start looking for other avenues.
 
If you hate it enough to make a post about hating it, it's probably not for you.

For me it's fun. It's hard sometimes, but I love it.

Maybe try a different method and see how things go.
 
I hate CPA but knowing that there is real viable cash to be made drives me. It's not so much fun testing as it is time consuming to say the least. Once I do figure it out if ever I'll love it. I hate to love it if that makes sense to you.
 
See Wilsons signature, easy money that even the most simple minded can do. In fact most the people who do his method are a little special.

There are some small parts of the experience i enjoy but the parts i dislike slightly outweigh the enjoyment. I use hate and thats a pretty strong word. I would rather say i strongly dislike certain parts of it. I've enjoyed other methods that have made me less money more but i know this has great potential.

Sometimes success overshadows the lack of enthusiasm you have for aspects of work.

You see the potential, and I know it is there in that method, play it out with your vision on the prize and perhaps that will help you in your journey there.

If, after the success comes and you do not have a change of mindset, maybe it is time to move to something else.

I have a brother in law that is a plumber and has some pretty nasty aspects of his job and is far from thrilled when he is engaged there, but he is very well off.

The cash he makes overshadows the crap he works in (literally often times) and thus he keeps at it.
 
Just focus on content for a while, you don't really need to do off site SEO to start getting traffic, its just a way to boost existing stuff.

That's a good point. Some good results might help me out. Either way i think i am going to sleep on it and hopefully today was just a bad day. Definitely the worst i've had.

No one likes the day to day run of the mill aspects of any job, lawyers don't typically enjoy staying up all night researching past cases from a dusty book (I know), doctors would prefer not to do rectal exams (hopefully), programmers hate writing boiler plate code and I dislike having to write content for a PBN but the bigger picture is fucking exhilarating.

You have to see the opportunity that you have that almost no one before you has ever had, you have a metaphorical gold mine at your fingertips. You're not down a coal mine with no prospects for 14 hours a day. To complain about being part of a process that you know when refined correctly, can make cold hard cash is insane. There's so many opportunities and scalable ones too on this forum alone, that if you have the time and inclination to implement them will literally make you rich.

I was able to start a relatively successful SEO business with almost zero capital and now I don't have to work a 'regular' job, you have that opportunity too. So with all due respect, 'man-up' and get to work. Tired of repetition? Learn to code and automate it.

Like Confucius said "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life"

Choose another job that you will enjoy regardless of money. If you're good at something then it's fair if you don't do it for free.

Confucius is somehow wise but we live in a damn human society which doesnt allow us to work for things we love, instead we work for money and might or to survive somehow.

Which parts? I.e. what is it about those parts that you do not like? It is after you identify the "what" that you can get the solution. For example, you may not like something that is boring and repetitive. Easy, peazy, train a VA to do it.

Identify -> Solve.
 
Most people don't like what they do but still they are doing it to survive, if you don't like what you are doing now, then change your direction try something new
 
When you've reached success, and reaped the rewards.. you will not hate IM.

I bust my ass off for the first 3 months.. reading, learning, implementing. I think I slept on average 3-4 hours back then.

And it took me only 3-4 months to taste success.. and after that I took almost 2 months break while the money still comes in from my efforts and hours invested in IM.

And I'm never going back to mainstream businesses or office life.

But the problem here... I think is you're not willing to sacrifice and put in due effort.

With that problem and attitude, you're not going to succeed with anything you do. Internet or not.

Nobody gain success without putting in LOTS of effort, time and sacrifices.

And it's not only you.. many people in BHW have that same attitude. Expecting to be spoon-fed even after being given many methods that will work.
 
look man! for a successful online empire, you need to put a lot of efforts!
And the best thing is you get to eat all the fruits; not like a 9-6 job, where all you get is f******** salary!
However, you want a simple life with not much stress and not much $$...find some job and forget the IM !
 
As BTB mentionned, enjoying what you are doing is the key to happiness.
I'm emphasizing it since even in IM, i realize that most people are focused on their goals and forget about enjoying the process of what they do. When they reach their goals and if they realize the achievement, it is a very temporary hapiness.

This isn't a shortcut to avoid hard word, quite the contrary actually since you'll be ready to do much more to live the lifestyle you want.
