Hashtags problem? Shadowban?

Hi,

For a few months now I have had a limitation to appear in top hashtags.
The problem is that it never appears in the top hashtags no matter how small the hashtags are.
This is causing a problem in one of my accounts that is seeing its visibility diminished.
The account does not appear shadowbanned because the posts appear in recent ones if I enter another account but never in the top part. However, I do not have this problem in the locations since the publications continue to appear as highlighted.
This limit is causing me problems with this client, I do not understand why it has only happened whit her.

I've been comparing data from some accounts and I think the problem is in the purchased likes, either the amount is not adequate or the reception speed is too high.
Can someone corroborate this theory?
Can someone tell me a service similar to likeattack to be able to add likes easily and totally customizable?

AFAIK They started rotating which posts are visible to which users in the top posts section. I have had a post visible in top posts on my device but not on a friend’s device for example.
